JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking an energetic, motivated acupuncture physician to join our skilled clinician team at our busy offices. We offer acupuncture, fire cupping, and Chinese herbs, fostering a collaborative approach to patient care. Responsibilities include:

- Reviewing medical records and diagnosing

- Performing acupuncture treatments for health maintenance, injury, and illness

- Obtaining informed consent

- Diagnosing the need for Chinese herbal treatments

- Participating in marketing events and providing acupuncture during business hours

- Ensuring clean needle technique and explaining needling approach

- Discussing plan of care and recommendations.

WHO WE ARE:

Integrative Medicine Center specializes in treating chronic conditions and pain disorders. Founded by Dr. Yangchong Ou, we combine acupuncture, cupping, physical therapy, and herbs to improve patient outcomes. Our office is located in Tampa, Florida.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Graduate of an approved Oriental Medicine school

- Completion of annual continuing education

- Submission of fingerprints for criminal records check

- Proper hand hygiene

- Active state license and NCCAOM clean needle technique certification

- Infection control education.

PREFERRED:

- Minimum one year of public acupuncture service experience

- Experience in a fast-paced environment

- Active Diplomate status in Acupuncture (NCCAOM).
